Lupe Cunha’s Alumni Exhibition at Cuckoo Farm Studios Benham Gallery

ARTIST & TUTOR LUPE CUNHA invites you to an exclusive Alumni Exhibition at Benham Gallery, Cuckoo Farm Studios, Colchester. After 50 years teaching Art, artist Lupe Cunha, is organising an Alumni Exhibition to celebrate the work of her students over the years.

Lupe is a member of the Artists Community of Colchester's 'Cuckoo Farm Studios' - where over 30 artists and craftspeople work in their own studios creating artwork.

For over ten years Lupe has run a popular monthly painting workshop for eager art students in the famous 'Benham Gallery' based on site at Cuckoo Farm Studios, in Boxted Road, Colchester, just a stone's throw from Colchester United Football Ground.

Former students that took part in Lupe Cunha's workshop through the years are invited to take part in the July exhibition, showing an extended display of their work. Those exhibiting include Lindsay Wright, Wendy Allen, Michael Pinnock, Sara Scott, Val Mollison, Wendy Bailey, Charlotte Durand, Chrissie Richards and Hazel Cook.

Lupe Cunha's art will be exhibiting her newest oil painting abstract work which she has been developing over the last year alongside her fellow participants in the exhibition. 

The exhibition will open with a Private View on Friday the 5th of July and then run Wednesday to Sunday until the 14th of July, 12:00 to 5:00 weekdays and 11:00 to 4:00 on Weekends.

This exhibition is a chance to buy exciting new paintings featuring a variety of art on show.  

Lupe Cunha will continue running two annual two-Day workshops both at CFS and in Sudbury Stour River Visitor Center continue to develop participants contemporary abstract art which has always been the main focus of her classes.
