CFS artist Liam Hennessy is delighted to be showing his figurative sculptures in this solo show.

Liam's work explores the uncanny nature of the sculpted figure and its ability to elicit  empathy, anxiety and curiosity in the viewer. Each of the figures occupies an uncertain realm, simultaneously belonging to both the past and future, while their postures and facial expressions suggest states of transformation or transcendent experience. 

Liam Hennessy completed his MA in sculpture in 2014 and currently works at Cuckoo Farm studios in Colchester.
